The elastic part on the back reduces pressure on the dog's back and hips, which provides better ergonomics and comfort for the dog when working and exercising. The Nansen stick Harness puts less strain on the dog's back than a standard Nome harness. The stick at the back of the harness distributes the weight evenly.

The Nansen Stick Harness is available in half sizes, they are the same length - but with a larger neck opening.
